The Project
Where the MICA standard was set.
MICA Apartments was our first development — a courtyard building of generously sized apartments arranged around a pool, finished in stone, oak and brick.
Every apartment was planned around natural light, with floor-to-ceiling glazing, oak joinery and stone surfaces throughout.
The apartments are finished and fitted out, and today they welcome short-stay guests — a working building, lived in year-round.
MICA Apartments is available for short-term stays, not for sale. If you're looking to buy, our current release is Amarah Villas — two villas under construction in The Gambia, selling off-plan.
